  • Centrafuse announces University Program to support Connected Car
    Centrafuse, a leading developer of software tools for embedded devices, announced it is creating a University Program to help grow the knowledge base for future developers and designers in the automotive Connected Car space at the Makers Faire in San Mateo California May 22nd and 23rd 2010.
  • Centrafuse adds Tier 1 supplier veteran to Advisory Board
    Centrafuse, a leading developer of software tools for embedded devices, announced that Don Courvisier has joined the Company’s Board Of Advisors. Courvisier’s background includes over 20 years of experience in the automotive electronics industry. Most recently, he served as the Global Vice President and General Manager at Sony Electronics' Automotive Entertainment Solutions Division. Prior to that, he was the Director of Worldwide Marketing for the Motive Division of Harman International. "Don’s joining our Board Of Advisors is a validation of our strategy, and underscores the relevance of our new approach to providing the enabling technology for Connected Car services." said Dan Seitam, the CEO of Centrafuse. Courvisier continued, "Centrafuse is emerging as a force in defining and enabling electronic interface technologies that will appeal to a new generation of automotive consumers."
  • Industry Veteran Joins the Centrafuse Team
    Centrafuse, a leading developer of software tools for embedded devices, announced that Jim Mazurek has joined the Company as its new VP of Business Development – Automotive. Mazurek has over 25 years of experience in the automotive electronics industry, at companies that include Ford Motor Company and Visteon Corporation. His functional background spans sales and business development, new product introduction, product marketing, product management and strategy & planning. Jim led a team at Ford that that built some of their first integrated infotainment and multimedia systems for the car.
